Reports of multiple fires in Tilley Swamp area
ISSUED FOR TILLEY SWAMP
CFS crews are responding to multiple fires reported in the Tilley Swamp, Taratap and Gum Lagoon Conservation Park areas East of the Princes Highway between Kingston and Salt Creek in the state's south-east.
There are currently approximately 14 CFS fire trucks with 60 crew and multiple private farm fire units working in the area.
Members of the public are asked to take care on the roads, with smoke in the area.
Weather conditions are being monitored with an expected wind change in the afternoon.
If at anytime you see an unattended fire, please report it by calling 000.
