CFS Advises that the scrub fire at Gould Creek is burning in multiple directions due to the hilly and difficult to access terrain.
The fire is expanding slowly and fire fighters are making good headway in containing the fire.
Firefighters will remain at the fireground for several hours to contain and mop the gullies that have been impacted.
Residents in the area are advised that hazards may be present including reduced visibility and emergency vehicles operating in the area.
