Buckland Park grass fire
ISSUED FOR BUCKLAND PARK
CFS is currently on scene at a grass fire at Buckland Park near Virginia in the Adelaide Plains area. Currently the fire is moving through grassland between glasshouses on Nemisis Road.
CFS has 12 fire trucks on scene with approximately 60 volunteer firefighters.
Currently a smoke advice has been issued to the Northeast of the fire, including Old Port Wakefield Road and Angle Vale Road.
The smoke will remain for sometime as crews continue to contain and extinguish the fire.
