ADVICE MESSAGE
Issued for Port Wakefield Road, Lower Light CFS advises that crews are responding to a Rubbish Dump Fire at a commercial waste depot.
The location of the incident is Leemey Road and Port Wakefield Road, Lower Light.
The incident is releasing a lot of black smoke into the surrounding area. This fire has been smouldering since yesterday evening and will continue to smoulder for the next few days. CFS crews will continue to monitor the situation through out the night. Residents are advised to keep windows and doors closed and avoid the area where possible.
